On the day, the member of staff who I dealt with seemed totally uninterested in dealing with me. I have still not received any indication of work that was carried out on my car apart from a health check which it wasn’t booked in for.

For the past two years I have asked for my key not to tell me I need a service every time I use the car. My son had to take it off last year. It still tells me I need a service!!!! A drink would have nice after 90 mins, offered when car done!!

As always ,we have known Chris Allen for many years and would always go to him to purchase a mini.The staff are always friendly and it’s always a nice happy environment,plus we always have good coffee too so that’s a bonus.??

Minis Estimates exceeded my expectations. I went to my local garage, costs came to 1/3 of what I’d been quoted by mini, and engineers had also missed that the seals on the other side of the suspension were also leaking and quite badly.
