On the day, the member of staff who I dealt with seemed totally uninterested in dealing with me. I have still not received any indication of work that was carried out on my car apart from a health check which it wasnt booked in for.

Efficient reception staff, reminder text appointment, comfortable environment to wait for the car, kept to time re service time and update on telephone re what work had been done.
For the past two years I have asked for my key not to tell me I need a service every time I use the car. My son had to take it off last year. It still tells me I need a service!!!! A drink would have nice after 90 mins, offered when car done!!
1) There was nowhere to park when I delivered the car (this is very typical of this dealer - quite unacceptable)2) I was promised the car would be washed, but it was not
Quality customer service. I would have allocated 10 but the mobile network went down which caused a communications problem - not the dealer's fault.
As it was a free check up - it was up to Sytner to decide what to do!
As always ,we have known Chris Allen for many years and would always go to him to purchase a mini.The staff are always friendly and its always a nice happy environment,plus we always have good coffee too so thats a bonus.??
Minis Estimates exceeded my expectations. I went to my local garage, costs came to 1/3 of what Id been quoted by mini, and engineers had also missed that the seals on the other side of the suspension were also leaking and quite badly.
